Consortium Learning Event(CLE) per company
A
CLE is a focused improvement event occurring over 1˝ days. The first day has an education section based on the focus of the event and a leveraging section identifying and developing improvement opportunities through the use of an A3. The second ˝ day
is focused on completing the supporting A3 improvement plan with the Host company’s internal improvement team. There is a 20 day follow-up by the consortium members that attend the event.

Forums / Roundtables/ Special Interest Groups(SIGs)
These
are events consisting of a more focused learning opportunity at a Member company and can include an internal or external
presenter/facilitator. These events can be exclusive to HPM Membership
only or open to attendance to and from other Consortium Members. These
events focus around the following topics and are member determined based
on interest and relevant importance to the host company. Topics or
areas of focus include:

Share Showcase
A
Share Showcase event includes companies sharing and learning from and
through the experience of other companies about their ways that they
successfully apply their best practices. The focus is to leverage as many
Best Practice presentations during the day and continue to develop the
sharing between member companies and to learn the best ways of working to
achieve one’s business objectives. Event
