Audience
This
new workshop is recommended for Leaders who would like to
strengthen their skills in dealing with Confrontational issues.
It is also recommended for anyone who has successfully completed the
Front Line Leadership Program and feel that they can benefit from
building on the basics they have already learned in the
Dealing with Differences unit.

FRONT
LINE LEADERSHIP Program
Developing skills to excel in a Lean and Continuous Improvement
Environment
Description:
This program
provides Front Line Leaders(FLL) with the tools and skills to excel in a
Lean and Continuous Improvement Environment.It
allows for a higher level of interaction focusing on top
performing Front Line Leaders of both Shop Floor or Office
environments who have the direct responsibility of managing people.
This six session program
includes six training days every two to four weeks. In addition to
training, there is on-going support and mentoring by a program facilitator
in between each session. The FLL Training is based on a “learn and do”
philosophy. This is a certificate program acquired by participation in
every module.
